So far I've spend a good few hours reading many posts on what is the best tip tool on AzBilliards and I've come to a conclusion that the best must be between the Cueshark PUP or the Last4Ever tip tool. But, all of the reviews I've read so far has been from users who've tried either one or the other. Therefore, will anyone who has use them BOTH let me know how the two compare? Thanks.
