Judd Fuller made a cue just for me a long time ago. It was before he was famous and he made it without me knowing that he was making it. It was the best cue I have ever played with not made by someone with the initials GB, and just as I was getting back into pool it was stolen.
I posted a thread to find who would make a cue like Judd, but that was the wrong way to go. The better question is who currently builds cues that are closest to what he did?
His characteristics were:
thinner handle
forward balance
medium hit (much stiffer than Meucci, quite a bit more "lively" than a SW)
Mine was also 17oz or so.
Would appreciate people's thoughts.
