Are you saying he got government loans and didn't repay them? ...or perhaps government grants at startup, and you're pissed that he succeeded? Is that close? If not, are you happy he's a success? I really don't know much about him....but many startups get government loans & grants.....then fold.....money lost. I don't see your problem here; save for my jealousy comment.

FWIW, if grants, I'd believe it safe to say that he's repaid in taxes exponentially more than he was granted.
