I am being offered a DP cue. Not the usual 1/1 with COA, but similar. It is dated "04".

Was wondering if that wasn't about the time he changed his sales model. And, did he use radial pins on pre eBay cues.

Thanks

not worth over 150bux MAX. he killed his own action on his higher end stuff when he went mass production. without seeing it that's the story. if its 150ish and perfect it might be worth buying.

Question is, if he had never gone the ebay route, would that have really made a difference in the value of his cues? Was he ever really a good cue maker?

I do not know if he was ever a good cue maker, but what I will say is that the several older DP cues that I had, I really loved the way they played. His newer cues hit like garbage, in my experience. Any of them with the Radial Pin, and I heard the quality got even worse over the years, as he switched from the silver radial pin, to a brass plated radial pin joint.
