Hello,
Been waiting on these babies for a while. I actually picked up the cocobolo at Darrin's shop in IL.

The mery widow:
Cocobolo forearm and butt sleeve. 8 maple and ebony sloted rings abcde positions on the cue.
Handle is lizard textured leather print. Joint and butt are brown linen phenolic, 2 shafts (1 tiger x ultra and 1 @ 12.9mm w/juma ferrule) w/sniper tips. 3/8 10 pin.
The jump/break is awesome as well with one matching ring above the butt cap.
I will play with these babies this weekend and will try to post some feedback.

Tony,

I was wondering if you have tried the jump/break cue yet
and what you think of it.

Is that a White Diamond tip?

I do not believe this is the diamond tip but it breaks and jumps like a monster, I really like it a lot. I love the balance on the on the cue as well, it has a tremendous solid hit.

Nice matching set there! Let me know if you ever wanna sell these babies! :D

Thanks for the nice comments. Not sure if I will sell this pair ever, but you never know.
I had a chance to break with the DH jb and it is awesome. You do not need to slam the rack to get a good spread. I actually had to cut back on my break.
On the other hand the cocobolo merry widow is an awesome playing cue. I just need to add a tiny bit more weight to be just about perfect.
The feel of the X Ultra shaft or the original DH shaft is awesome with a very, very solid hit.
