"First of all, i want to thank you for the great great cue and deal
with Eugene. He is really a nice guy and trustable person. It's really
not easy nowadays to find someone like you guys, who can be trusted.
The cue have arrived yesterday. It's really a beautiful cue. The
points are all even and it looks more beautiful in person. I really
admire Eugene how he took care of the cue in this 3 years. I'm
satisfied also with the playability of your cue. I've compared with my
really expensive playing cue , and it plays as good as mine and i mean
it...as good as my playing cue. And of course at the beginning, it was
different (from the hit) for me, but after 1 hour, i got used to it
and can make 3 times on off in 10 balls. The cue hat a hard hit, which
i like and prefer, but didn't lose effect to the cue ball. This is
really a great great playing cue and i'll definitely use it as my
playing cue from now on (my old cue can take a rest now
)"
