Does that shitty casino in the middle of nowhere not have a shuttle bus that picks people up at various spots in Louisville?

Have him call me in morning if he wants a ride 812-722-8073.

wow

You guys are staying way out their on the south end of Louisville, that's probably about a
45 min drive maybe more with traffic. Theirs alot of places that are close than that
that you might want to look into.

Miller Transit offers a bus (from different locations in Louisville, to the Horseshoe), but it only runs on Wednesdays and Saturdays only.

So, he could get the one that leaves tomorrow morning, at any of these locations in Louisville.

Route 4

Saturday Only

Arrive at Casino @ 10:00am – Depart @ 3:00pm (going back to the same pick up locations, to drop people back off).

8:30am – Baymont Inn – Fern Valley, 6515 Signature Drive

8:45am – Breckinridge Inn – 2800 Breckinridge Lane

9:10am – Holiday Inn – 4110 Dixie Highway

9:30am – Lyles Mall – 27th and Broadway

You can catch the #18 bus from the Woodspring Suites going south to the Baymont Inn location (0.3 mile walk from the bus stop near the Baymont inn), at 7:05 am tomorrow morning, and get there about an hour early (to wait for the casino bus to pick you up).

Or you can get on the #18 bus going north, and that will take you to the Dixie Highway Holiday Inn location (which google maps says is reported to be closed, but I am sure the bus still picks up there), and catch the 9:10 casino bus from there.

The buses are very nice, and the trip only costs $10. Plus, you get $5 to gamble, and a $15.00 lunch voucher, for free. Do not eat at the buffet though (the food is horrible in my opinion). Try one of the other restaurants that are offered with the voucher. Anything should be better then that buffet. Just my opinion though.

Well, I hoped I helped. I really want to get to the DCC too, and that casino bus is how I plan to get there. I used it last year, and it was a nice trip.

If your friend could possibly get a ride to and from New Albany (which is around 9 miles from the casino), then he can get the #18 bus from his hotel on Preston Highway, to downtown, and then catch the #71 bus from downtown to New Albany. Here are the routes.

The #18 bus runs pretty late, but the #71 bus does not run as late into the evening. An Uber taxi might not be that expensive from New Albany to the casino.
