The makers of the DeAngelo wrap machine have gone out of business so the second hand market is all that there are to be had. Now as far as which is best?, don't know for sure as whom ever has one like theirs and there's no use in having both machines by one person to compare. I have the Unique and like it very much but I know of others who have the DeAngelo and likewise, they like them very much.
