Defective Willard

I purchased a Willard scuffer a couple of months ago and pieces of the carbide are falling out. Does anyone know a contact to return it to for replacement?

Got it off Ebay from American Cowboy Billiards and he refuses to warranty it. He said it just wore out.
 
That is the problem with Ebay. You buy as is most of the time. Call Williard and see what a replacement part costs.

I seriously doubt it's a defective Willard's product since you bought it through E-Bay. It's probably just an old, worn scuffer.

no replacement parts for a Willard, throw it away and buy another,,,I sell them (in store) for $6.50 everyday, tax included ! (I'm guessing you're talking about the round, nickle or dime scuffers ?)
 
i saw a commercial where this guy had a defective willard.......but his doctor gave him a prescription for cialis and now hes happy......his wife is happy.....

that was a 'willie', not a willard,,,,think Bob Dole had something to do in that commercial,,,LOL.........................
