I have a heavy duty Delta Wood Lathe that was converted for cue repair for sale. It has a 1.4" spindle bore with a three jaw chuck on each end of the headstock, so you can run the butt of a cue all the way through the headstock. It can do tips, ferrules, butt plates, joint work and complete cue assembly. It is mechanically variable speed so you never lose torque when slowing it down. It has a 3/4 HP motor. You just move a lever and it slows it down or speeds it up with full power. It has a carriage cross-slide that runs the full length of the bed and they have larger metal lathe sized handwheels. Putting a power feed on it would be pretty simple with the lead screw system it has. It comes with 3 lathe pins, a 60 degree pointed live center and a concaved live center. The Tailstock is #2 Morse taper.
All the junk on the stand and the table behind it does not come with it.
If it is picked up at my shop in Aragon, Georgia the stand comes with it. If it is shipped the stand does not come with it.
I will mount it to a board if shipped. This is a great deal on a heavy duty machine like this and I need the room for something else.
