Denali "MERLIN" Breakers

Here are two "Merlin" breakers that I have recently completed. Merlin Breakers are made from a 1 piece billet of premium purpleheart and the forearms and butts are sleeves made from various woods suitable for a break cue. The pin
is always G-10 as is the ferrule. The purpleheart shaft has a modified Euro taper and a Samsara break tip.
On these particular cues one forearm/butt sleeve is Brazilian Kingwood and the
other is Maple burl which has been dyed and stabilized. The joints and butt cap are Juma.

Those are nice looking. Great work as always. I like them and I am not a fan of Purple Heart.
 
I generally don't see much point to multi-hundred dollar break cues. However, there are always exceptions and I'm seeing 2 right here. Very nice work!
