Can someone tell me (and others) who Deno Andrews is. What background does he have and how does he "fit' for the IPT directorship?

Can someone tell me (and others) who Deno Andrews is.

He's a former US professional 3-Cushion player. He's short, left-handed (I think), and shoots with a fairly upright style, but not like Sang Lee. His wife recently had a child. Deno recently looks like a child, which may or may not be a good thing.

He snaps his fingers at good shots, like many billiard players do. He's listed as an entry in Wikepedia. He can be spotted wearing a Magenta Versace sport jacket.

FWIW, he has directed and promoted a multitude of 3C tournaments and exhibitions in the US
