Deno - What would you do?

I want to find out what Deno would do if a player came up
to him during an IPT event, and protested that he/she would
not play their scheduled opponent because the opponent
was HIGH on some type of drugs...

What would be your course of action to resolve this, Deno?

The players who will be playing will know the policy on drugs and alcohol and each situation will be dealt with according to our policy.
