I've built a very limited number of Merry Widow style "Derby City Classic Cues" for this tournament. I'm proud of the way these cues turned out and feel they would be a very good playing cue for anyone, or also a nice souvenir of IMHO the Greatest Pool Tournament of all times! There are a couple of maple cues, a couple of Cocobolo, a Macassar Ebony and an East Indian Rosewood, all of which have Maple bottoms with the Derby City Classic logo CNC engraved around the butt sleeves. They have an engraved Radial style pin with a wood-to-wood, phenolic joint and black & turquoise dashed ringwork in all 5 locations (ABCDE). Irish linen wraps, LBM ferrules. Some available with 2 shafts. A couple of shafts have the phenolic ferrule/tip combos for jumping and breaking.
The cues are available at the tournament in Don Sherman's "Sure Man Cues" booth in the large vendors room just off the main hall! These cues are also suitable for having your favorite pro's autographs and re-cleared over the signatures (for a nominal fee). I can easily get the signatures of my pro players reps in attendance, Danny DiLiberto, John Brumback, and a few more, if you'd like.
Don't miss the opportunity to get Danny DiLiberto's new book, "Road Player" which was just released at this tourney. Danny has been signing a lot of these books and it looks like the hottest pool book out in quite some time. He's such an interesting guy and a great story teller.
I'm also proud that two more of my player reps are being inducted into the One Pocket/Bank Pool Hall Of Fame this year! This brings it to a total of four out of the ten total "Hall of Famers" are, or were until their passing away, player reps and dear friends of mine! My cues have always been built with the "player" in mind and have caused the retirement of some very fine cues! This is something I'm especially proud of! I've never paid anyone to use one of my cues, other than providing them with the cue they play with. OK, I'm done bragging! Hope to meet some more of you here this year. Look me up and I'll have Don give you a special AZ Billiards discount on a Sherm Cue! I can be reached through the hotel phone,, just ask for Sherm Adamson's room, or my cell number is (513)509-9152. After the 15th of Jan I'll be back in the shop at (513)553-2172.
God Bless and a Happy New Years to all!
as usual, Just more hot air!

OH, BTW I just tried to upload a few pics of these cues and they were too large of files. I have a match coming up and have no time to resize them now but if anyone wants pics I can email them later.
