Derby City-whats it like?

I'm going to the DCC tomorrow and i wanted to know how it's set up at the hotel.

Do they have a practice room in the Executive West hotel for everyone to play in?. I have never been to an event like this and i was curious about the whole set-up.
 
There is a practice room upstairs and you can also play on the tables down stairs, there will be someone behind the announcers stand renting available tables. It's an absolute great set-up for the tournament. Also, the later it gets the better the action! Hope this helps.
