Designing a pool cue

Does anyone have a website address that will let you design your own pool cue to send to a cue maker?
Thanks

I was looking for something like that a while back, didn't find one. I did find a cuemaker that had blank drawings of cue sections you could download and print out, can't remember who it was at the moment  . Some cuemakers have setups on their site where you can make changes to some of their cues and see the change (Jacoby?).

Here's what I did. I contacted my cuemaker and told him I had a design in mind for a cue. He told me to draw it up and send it to him. I did and I got close to what I wanted. VERY close. The one thing you have to keep in mind is that a cuemaker will better know what designs are possible yet still maintain the mechanical integrity of the cue. As players, we don't always know these things. My design was changed slightly to make the cue mechanically more sound, and the cuemaker explained to my what he wanted to change and why he wanted to change it. In the end, I was extremely pleased. I have a one of a kind cue that I basically designed, that the cuemaker "fixed" so it would work well and give me a great playing, very serviceable cue and, in my eyes, an extremely beautiful cue.

Most important thing: LISTEN TO THE CUEMAKER! He knows what will and will not work and what will or will not look good.

Later,
Bob
