I'm in the West Palm Beach/Jupiter area. Are there any mechanics that have experience moving and setting up a 9' Pro-Am in the area? Recommendations?

You could also check with the owner of Top Hat billiards in Jupiter and see who he uses. All the tables in there are Diamond tables.
 
I highly recommend Brett Giesler of Atlas Billiards, although I cannot speak to his Diamond knowledge. He 'diamondized' my GC3 and did a wonderful job.
