Diamond Pro-Am dead rail

I've got a 4-year-old 7-foot Diamond Pro-Am blue label. Single-piece slate.

I'm worried one (half) of a long rail is now "dead," kind of like a Valley/Dynamo BB might get. Different "sound," rail seems to react "different," particularly at high speeds.

What should I look for or do to determine if I'm just crazy?

Table was moved once, always owned by me. I supervised the move and don't _think_ it was mistreated.

15 foot-pounds is what the rail bolts should be tightened to. They will be the ones with the big compression washers. If they're not loose, it will be hard to determine what the issue is. Maybe check to see if the glue seems to be failing between the rubber and the sub-rail. Grab the cushion and/or press down lightly on it and see if it moves anyplace along the sub rail.
