Im interested in buying a cue on here and wanted to know the difference in the 3/8x10 with or without the G-10 pin. Can I get a Predator or Ob shaft to match this pin? Also, what about protectors and such? I looked online and am only seeing stuff for 3/8x10 or 11. What exactly is the difference? Any answers out there??? Thanks

The G10 only refers to the material the pin is made of, most pins are made
out of steel but you can also get a titanium, alumininium or G10 (google it) pin.

Most of the time an OB or Predator shaft will fit without problems, but there
are a few 3/8x10 pins (regardless of material) that will not accept a standard
OB or Predator shaft, for most cuemakers this is an easy fix cause all they
need to do is drill/bore out the hole in the shaft a little wider to say 8mm or
a little over.
