Do I have Wimpys Rambow?

My dad passed away and left me his life's possessions...pool and billiards stuff. 9ft brunswick table, Joss, viking, Ned Morris cues, and I believe a Abe Rich and Herman Rambow couple weeks ago my son and I were shooting a game. He put one of the old sticks up on the rack when I notice the bumper was just crumbling.Then I notice something odd underthe bumper...this custom engraved metal tag that says "happy birthday Bud Lassiter 11-5-1947" Come to find out close friends and family called luther Bud in the early years. 11-5 is his birthday and I also know 1947 was the year before he went pro. The cue has things that scream Rambow to me. Help me figure out this mystery please.
