do you have problems ordering from southwest

i have order an extra shaft from southwest since early november i had what they called prepay, laurie told me that it will be finish from 10weeks to 16 weeks but its been, i think 5 months or more than 20 weeks, has anybody experienced same misfortune, i know you need to have patience with them, but i think they should have been more honest with "how long" will i wait because i have already paid them for the shaft, im starting to lose my patience do i have the right to be angry?

Have you emailed Laurie about it? What did she say?
My experience with SW was very positive. The quoted time for a refinish and 2 shafts was right on time.

yes the last email she gave was the shaft would be shipped on the 17th and she would email the fedex tracking number, i never received an email yet, laurie is very nice whenever i called her on the phone, but i guess im just too excited to have my new shaft but somehow i think they have to fix their schedule
