do you use these "System V polishing compounds"?

I have used the 3, 4, and 5, when doing some cleaning and minor repairs and it seems to work well. It is certainly easier than Micro-fibre and a little easier to control in small areas. I don' t know if the stronger abrasive would be as controllable as MF.
