Hi there, it was in the late 70'ies, when i met Carl in Mons (Belgium). He then was in the mid/late 30ies ('I think) and I was in my early 20ies. We both used to play in a weekly pool tourney at the Nato Headquaters Club. Pool in europe was in its diapers back then. He won the tounrey several times. We got to talk to each others, finally made friends and he became my first personal trainer. We played allmost daily and he tought the secrets of straight pool. He even had my first poolcue made for me by Tim Scruggs. I wonder if Carl is still around and if he's still shoting. He must be around 70 right now. Thanks for replies, Wolfgang
