Does anyone recognize this work

I just paid for a cue that looks custom, and has a maker logo. Another AZer posted a cropped picture of the cue logo on the cue I didn't buy, but his ID request went unanswered.

The cues look very nice. And, they came with two shafts which I see as a custom thing.

Any ideas?
