Does Meucci Do Custom?

I was wondering if Meucci still does custom cues? I am just curious as to how much it would cost to get a segmented wrappless cue designed by them to my specs.

I dropped them an email about 2 weeks ago but no response as yet.
 
You still want to send money to a company that has not even responded after 2 weeks to a request to do business with them?
What more do you need to see - your research on the firm is complete- they don’t even respond promptly to a request for business - imagine once they have your money!
Your question above answered itself - please do not ignore the sign in front of you as a consumer.

Do it the old fashioned way -- pick up the phone and call. The amount of important communication lost in the spam morass is beyond comprehension. The bigger the company, the bigger the problem.

I've been wrong before, but I have high hopes for Meucci's new management. Call me sentimental, but I am pulling for them.

Sorry but any business run properly in 2024 should NEVER have any normal customer inquiries end up in a spam box. This is a sure sign that the company is mis - managed! Would you send the very same company money via the internet - not me - perhaps a phone call would have been the best initial route to establishing communication - agreed. I don’t recommend chasing after any company - they are supposed to be servicing YOU!

I've msg'd a few times lately and have gotten answers back in a day or two max. Don't know why you didn't get response. I'd just call them.
