Does this joint pin look misaligned?

Hi All, I bought a new custom cue and I like the cue other than the slight wobble I notice in the butt and when put together. I'm debating whether I should return it since I got it at a good price. I think the joint pin may be misaligned. I took a few photos trying to show what I mean.

New with wobble? Return it or have a cue maker reset the pin if you love the cue.

Was part of your "good deal" to get a misaligned pin?

You can see it's misaligned if you like the cue send it back and get it repaired.

Bent might be the correct description
