Recently I purchased an Ultra Pete by William Dominiak to compliment my custom butt / tiger X shaft cue. I was totally amazed at the beauty, workmanship and playability of this cue. After contacting William and discussing his work, I found that he was creating and marketing the Curly Deluxe and other models. Based on my experience with the Ultra, I jumped at the opportunity to obtain a Curley Deluxe. Upon receiving it I found one of the most beautiful works of cue art I had seen in over 60 years of playing. Not only that, the workmanship, finish details and playability could not be bettered at any price. Although there are many great cue makers and many stock items of high quality, anyone serious about this sport / art form would be well served to obtain this designers products. The D3 shaft is superior. Google him, review his products and make contact with your wishes. Certainly no better deal in the world for the price - well worth much more - and I suspect the prices will have to rise as this cue becomes the weapon of choice to more shooters, as it is now mine.
