We need new games. I'm trying one called double jeopardy. You rack 1-5 x2 (double jeopardy!) you can add more balls for more difficulty.
so 1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5
The object is to run 1-5 but you get to pick which 1,2,3,4,5 while you are running out. When/if you miss your opponent will take over starting at the 1 and running the rack the same way, but depending on how many you sank he will only have one choice not two.
So for example if you run to the 3 ball and miss the (one of the) 4 balls, you are on the 4 balls and your opponent is on the 1 ball. When/if he gets to the 4 balls he will have 2 choices again.
One thing is safety play, you have to consider that you may have to play safe on 2 balls.
If you sink one of the 5 balls for the win, you can continue to clear your opponents balls to x2 the money or games...so the game will count as 2 wins. However if you fail to run out then you lose 2 games. Double Jeopardy!
