DPK lineage for LOA and Project Cue

Hello, I am looking for feedback as to who I should contact about preparing an LOA for a DPK cue and completion of another unfinished DPK cue. I've been in contact with Ed Young and Laurie and tried to contact Bender, but all these contacts have not been promising avenues. I am wondering if there are other cue makers who could assess a DPK and prepare an LOA, and who could complete an unfinished DPK cue?

The only person missing from your list is Matt Bender. I heard long ago he moved down South and was building/restoring furniture and no longer doing Cues.
You know how far Heard goes.
