Dufferin red leaf weight system

I bought an old dufferin red leaf 2 piece cue and I was wondering how to change the weight? Also is there any special tools required?

If it’s a Dufferin made in Canada, they tend to not have a weight bolt.

I made some of the equipment that made those cues. Almost none where adjustable except some of the brand labeled Hublers etc.

Most have fixed weights at the factory. They are basically built like their house cues with a joint.
