Dumb Question about Chalk.

Inherited almost a GROSS of Master CHALK Green today, so I want to know if Chalk stored in the Box, or a Zip Lock will absorb MOISTURE, and go bad, as my Garage get into the 40’s but is DRY. Would like to keep it out there with the extra, or do I need to store it aboue 66 in the HOUSE?????

Yep.. chaulk will absorb moisture if the conditions are right. I put 2 boxes on a cookie sheet in the oven set at 100 degrees for 2 hours. The chaulk was dry when I let them cool down first and tried it.
