I am looking into Michael Durbin cues and the G-10 pin and was wondering how firm the cue hits. I shoot with a STL 4 Schon with a 314/2 shaft and it hits very firm too firm for me. I heard Durbin cues hit firm but I have not heard a comparison to other cues such as: "they hit like a viking". I spoke with Joey Gray about it during the tx open but never got into details.

If you're considering an existing cue, try it and if you like it, buy it. If you're ordering a cue, tell Mike what you want and I'm sure he will make it for you. I have only played with one Durbin and it was great. I prefer stiff cues and this cue was not noticeably so. But that was just one cue.
