E-bay Mystery Cue, or could it be the Holy Grail of Cues?

The cue looks like an import job from the late 80s early 90s. Some of these cues are actually prettty decent and straight still. I doubt anyone famous made it. No matter what it isn't worth what the seller wants. Ebay must love these auctions since they collect the maximum up front fee on them and the seller will be back to do it again.
