I bought this cue in 1995 when making, selling, buying, shipping or taking a cue with ivory out of the country was not illegal.
It was my playing cue for many years and it is still in very good to excellent condition.

Not sure if you can tell from the pictures, the cue has five points.
I liked the five points better than four points.
Is the cue making world where designs are ofter copied no one has been able to copy the rainbow between the points.
I asked Ernie how he did it and he didn't answer my question with a tiny smile.
A bit of trivia, a well know cue maker wnile he was visiting Ernie at his shop asked how he wrote his name at the bottom of the joint.
Ernie said, "With a very small pen".
Ernie named this cue, Rasputin.
