Found this photo in my stash as i was searching for a vid being requested by a friend.
.
I personally took this photograph (2009) of the Greatest of All Time, Efren Bata Reyes and World Champion Rodolfo Luat aka Boy Samson
at the AMF-Puyat Superbowl and Billiards Center - home of the Filipino Invasion and champions from the Pool Capital of the World.
A makeshift table was put in place of where Table #21 used to be. Together with the other members of the Philippine Team, we had pansit, bread, and sodas for merienda that day.
.
Here, the champs are analyzing a piece of paper on the sport of kings.

Most of us present in the pool hall would watch with gusto the practice sessions of our champions. Moreso, whenever they figure in games against players who wished to try their luck against the best of the Philippines. The matches were always exciting for everyone. Not a dull moment ever!
.
Just imagine if the walls of my favorite pool hall could talk! The stories! The excitement! And more! Hu-WAW!
Indeed, it was always a good day for pool with these guys around. That is the honest truth. And I kid you not!
