I have to say this is very disappointing. I paid the $15 for the 2 Sage's sessions and got nothing. There's no way to get answers as to why or any advice on how to correct the situation. It's 4 minutes to 9. I would think I don't have to guess the actual start time. Yesterday I couldn't get in at all. Looks like I'm out the cash. Sure gald I didn't fork over the full boat.

I understand your frustration. You are not out the cash - the purpose of this venture was to share billiards, not rob people. Sorry to find out that you missed the stream, for whatever reason. It was an exciting event and while many people were able to access it without problems, I understand that the in-viewer pay-wall interface of the streaming service (daCast) was not uncomplicated - making it confusing for some of the subscribers to complete the transaction after their activation code was e-mailed to them. It required that you had to go back to the same window (be it FULL PKG, limited stream, or exhibition) to enter the appropriate code - many people returned to other than the original window, only to be rejected.

Please know that you, or anyone else that experienced difficulty accessing the stream, will be made whole.

Did you get an activation code e-mailed to you? If you PM me your e-mail address, I will investigate the problem with the streaming company and call you back to discuss making you whole again.
