el diablo shaft

Has anyone out there ever heard of an El Diablo shaft? Some type of custom made shaft or something? I saw it on a Carolina Cue. On the shaft, near the joint, in small script letters, were the words "El Diablo." Any information regarding this would be appreciated.

A cursory search only uncovers an "El Diablo" cue by McDermott. Is it possible it was put on the carolina?
