Cool question, that's right up my alley!...get it<<<

....anyway. I'm one of those people that really excells in non-team sports like these....
I have bowled 3 300 games in my life while working at Devon Lanes in Pennsylvania back in high school. All were during gambling sessions. The thing you need to remember about bowling lanes is they can "oil in a block" that will help a right or lefthander, depending on the block, to keep the ball in the pocket longer. Thus making it easier to throw strikes. NO!.... I didn't do that when those guys were coming in to take my money!

Hardest thing to do in bowling is pick the right ball for the lane conition IMO.
next, golfing...I learned to play at Merion Cricket club in Philly where my Uncle Clyde McKown was caddy master. That place was SAWEET! so much history there!....and some snobby people, but back to the subject. Shooting par I think most depends on the course. In high school I was a 4 handicap, and no I never shot anything near par at Merion, but I have shot par or better maybe 8 times in my life. Most of those rounds were down here in Florida where the courses seem easier to me. Not many trees, or big hills, and I don't really mind the water.
Running 100!.....To me is the most difficult by far. I've done it 3 times, and I'm trying everyday to do it again!....
So, my list would be, 1 being hardest...
1. running 100
2. shooting par
3. rolling a 300
