Looks like Ortmann is doing great so far- winner of the straight pool and in the finals of the 8-ball.

Where is Thomas Engert? I didn't see his name on the list of players.

Yeah !! A Finn Aki Heiskanen made it to the 8-ball final beating reigning champion Alex Lely in the semis 10-8. I hope he can keep his form and bring gold to Finland !!

Don't underestimate this guy, he has had a couple of semis in the Eurotour, ran a 100 in the 14.1 event and has been running 150-200 at the practise table. He's also very entertaining to watch, shoots firmly with a fast pace.
