Out of all the qualifiers, 3 tournaments had only 2 players show up. So basically, all they had to do was pay $2,000 and their automatically in the Vegas Tour Card qualifier. One tournament had 3 players LOLOLOL. :D Sucks for #3, but then again, he gets free entry to a future qualifer. :p

This is awesome. I bet a lot of the guys that got "stuck" in the BIG qualifiers with 8 players :p are kicking themselves right now! I bet these guys are all going to be doing their homework to try and guess which qualifier is going to be dead next week...

Of course...no payday for Reno players MUST be damaging to the qualifier turn out. Probably not the only reason, $2,000 is stiff to play in a tournament where you might not advance, and if you do, to play in another tournament where you must be top 50.

This kind of stinks, because if things go this way for longer...we might see the IPT 2007 season (if it happenes) have a roster that isn't as competitive as many of us hope. :(

Well...tournaments and the future are all on hold. Everything is meaningless until the checks arrive. The guys playing in qualifiers are like speculators, market gamblers. If the IPT succeeds and continues on - good call. If it folds or goes down, bad call.

Hey, it's only money. ;)
