the guy said he made it himself.. never heard of them personally but it looks nice..

I think a lot of new cuemakers are putting their cues on ebay to get the word out about their cues. I don't think there's anything wrong with it as long as they stand behind thier product.
I recently purchase a Daniel Bell custom cue off ebay, my avatar, because it "looked nice" and he seemed to have a decent cuemaking background. He's a fairly new cuemaker too, I think, and seems to have learned from Ted Harris. (He also lives in the hotbed of cuemaking, Maryland, so he must be good!)
I'll write up a review once I get the cue. (Later today!)
