what do you mean by insert? and are the regular one's aluminum or metal or whatever?
may i know the difference between the regular and elite, im interested, how much shipping to the philippines (ems), how long would it take to get here?
Delta 13 Rack
I have one of the regular ones and it is solid aluminum. The inserts fit into the hollow in the sides and helps quiet them as they are quite loud. I glued some nice wood on mine and it really deadened the noise.
