I second that. Jackson of Viattorre cue is a friend of mine and you pulling him down (I had both cues that you compare). I hope you can delete this thread as proposed by Linds.

I would if i know how to, to delete this thread. But i do feel that linds reaction is due to his internal dispute with other cuemakers that has spoilt his buisness in a sort of a way. I am just getting the stick end of this unhappiness that you have, and that is unfair to me too. ALL WAS DONE with no ill intentions, but i spilled a can of unhappiness that you have.

If you read properly, linds said that 'BOTH' makers pirated "talents" from him,WHICH included "Viattore" of which they have scarificed their cue knowledge for asethic value. Linds is also pulling down "Viattore". I am not a dealer of cues, just a player.I HAVE NO SELLING TACTICS, just opinions. But i am getting crap from some people in my opinion. Moderators PLEASE delete this thread.

I honestly think that the quality of cue brands should be fought by the users of such cues, as fair comments can ONLY be given by players who have used the brands in question, NOT by the cue maker, where there is an obvious conflict of interest. Imagine the owner of a low end production cue slamming another higher end cue brand and praising his own - this is the impression I get when reading through this thread.

I think longmao was just trying to give a rough gauge of cue quality as some may not have heard of Miranda cues, and I believe (directed at linds) the general opinoin is that Viattore cues are of a higher quality as compared to linds cues. This is just the general impression I get here based on feedback.

I believe what Linds is saying plus a little more. You post up to sell your product and compare it to someone elses piece. first off that is not right! second thing is you post up a product that has pimps for the Cuemakers themselves to sell the product further reducing quality and increasing value through asses like yourself within a 3 month time period!! So please this thread really does need to be deleted!!!

I DO ADMIT that my first comparision was not totally apporiate. Thats why i said that there is no ill intention, which i have been indicating and trying to resolve in my first few posts. For your info, i have 2 miranda cues, i am selling off one which i deem extra, and only played with for a while. How you want to link increasing the value for myself is your problem, dun make that my problem. Everyone has their own prices to pay for which they think is feasible. If no one thinks my value of the cue is reasonable, the cue will not be sold. SIMPLE as that. Dun come up to me and tell me what your pea brain thinks when you do not know me personally, who are you to call ppl asses?? You are making your own perceptions which is your own and that is not helping things. Its asses like you that make things worse and complicates matters. Been trying to resolve this peacefully, but apparently it is not possible when asses come in and make matters worse.

this is why i reacted while being used as a yardstick-guage to sell the said cue... (nothing personal/just posted facts that of my own opinion)...
wreckless selling style...why should he mention "brands" in order to sell?
worst, hes trying to convey that "my product" are price higher, yet comparable/even better quality with his???

Well I am not sure how thing are in the Philippines but I am sure like in America there is some CREATIVE STORY TELLING, and PRODUCT COMPARING when a Salesman is Pitching their Products.

Remember just a year or so ago when the Cue Dealer Chalkers @ www.chalkers.com had some Cokers Cues For Sale, and the “HIT” of the Cokers where Compared to a Southwest.

Southwest Cues “HIT” seems to be the BENCHMARK for many with Creative Writing SKills, as so many Cue for sale boast of having a Southwest Hit.

in America its called Salesmanship, or the BULLSHIT FACTOR in the Salesmans Pitch, or Ad Copywriters Ad Copy, and it has been around as long as one man was trying to sell one product to another man.
