Wow, this looks like a sweet cue. Not my cue or add, just sharing the info.

Description (revised) Item Specifics - Item Condition
Condition: Used
Up for auction is a beautiful vintage Joss West (circa 1978) cue that resembles an early Gus Szamboti cue. Ebony butt sleeve with five birdseye maple windows inlayed into the butt sleeve. There are four ebony points into a birdseye maple forearm and four veneers (ebony, maple, ebony and red) surrounding the ebony points. The wrap is black w/white specs and the joint is stainless steel. The butt cap looks like ivory (appears grainy) but it probably is not and I am not an expert on cue materials. There is the JW logo (side ways W) clearly intact on the butt cap. The cues weighs 19 3/4 oz (on my home scale) and the shafts (both original & clean) are straight (both are about 12.80mm - 12.90mm) with original yellowed micarta ferrules. The cue is in beautiful condition and has been in my possession for about eight years. It comes with an original Fellini case (tan lizard) with the label intact. The case is as nice (or nicer) as the cue with no rips, tears or discoloration. The latch shows a little signs of tarnish but works perfectly and the case is certainly a great compliment to a nice cue. Neither the case nor the cue smell like cigarette smoke and you would be hard pressed to find a better set for the age of both. I DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL AND NO OVERSEAS BIDDERS AND PAYMENT IS U.S POSTAL MONEY ORDER(S) OR CASHIER CHECK. Shipping $30.00 express USPS and insurance is at your discretion however, it is highly recommended. Joint protectors are included as well for the cues protection. This combo is priced to sell and I predict it more than likely will or else stays in my collection. Check my feedback and bid with confidence...Good Luck! (Note: What appears to be a mark above the JW in the pic is actually glare).
