I just bought me an Andy Gilbert jump/break (made of bocote, as well, actually). I am using it to play with as well though (even kept the phenolic tip on -- actually like the feedback) -- and I'm beginning to love the idea of a cue for all three things! Haven't really done too much research on Southeast, but I haven't heard anything negative...
At that price, should be a pretty good investment for any player looking to try a play/jump/break style cue...
Good luck on your sale!
(P.S. - your post would probably benefit from adding some cue specs (i.e. - shaft diameter, tip, ferrule, joint type/pin, weight, etc...)
