I'd guess 1960s based on the color and tightness of the veneers

Pencil marks to show the tops of the point grooves. When it gets turned down, the points/veneers and grooves will meet up

If you mean the house cue, it is completely unrestored and the points are kind of bad. The comparison was to show dimensions only.

I'll let it go cheap if you think it looks great though
