fake? jacoby heavy hitters??

Ive noticed a few jacoby heavy hitters that dont have the tm and jacobys signature under the HH logo!! Are these fake or just an earlier model? anyone know? thx

The older models did not have the Jacoby signature and the tm. So, there is a good chance they are not fakes!
