That is a PL3 from their Promotional Line. Dates from the late 1990s to the early 2000s. Probably retailed between $300 and $400.
 
i have the same one but with black phenolic instead of brown. i bought mine brand new from jr calvert from the trunk of his car for 300 cash. he used to sell them for falcon as far as i remember. hell of a hard time to track this down. ive posted on several sites and today was the first time any information has been revealed about it. direct contact to falcon actually yielded no information. i did buy the cue at least 13 years ago that i can guarantee. bought it when i moved into the area
