(FAQ) How do you teach a new player on a team?

How to teach a new player...Good info. How to teach an old player....YOU CAN'T...I'll pass this onto my team mates and duck. It's a senior league. My partner is "my coach" and I call on him for certain situations. The rest of the team is Don't tell me what to do. They know everything and are great teacher/advisors.
Finished 3rd instead of 1st. Listening is Kryptonite. I'm not sure what is worse...their attitude or pool skills. Definitely teach a new player good team habits and what to expect as a team player.
