I practice all the time play and gamble all the time. Ppl tell me that I am playing better than I was a year ago, but I feel like I played better last year. Basicly I feel like I'm getting worse. My buddy who is very experienced told me that it means that I'm about ready to break thru to the next level. So what does this mean? Have I gotten worse or is it just in my head?

What makes think you are getting worse? For me the question is impossible to answer without a or the whys.

one way to tell if you are getting worse
is you need to start a reference to compare
play fargo or race the ghost in 9 ball or if you are not ready for that
3,4,5,6,7, ball
get some baseline scores and then after awhile test yourself again
if your numbers go up you are improving
at least technically
how you perform under pressure is an altogether different matter
i am not an instructor
icbw

i beat the ghost all the time i beat the ghost 7 to 2 last night....i just dont' feel up to par lately

yea in competition.....like tournament competition. when i gamble i play lights out

you win more money gambling than in tournaments
look at scott frost in one pocket
you are not getting worse you are getting richer:thumbup:
if you did better in tournaments you would have give up more weight
what do you think???

the ghost is your friend who will tell what you dont want to hear
if you improve against him you are improving
im not an instructor but thats how i see it
